Retreat Details & Policies

Reservation & Payment

To reserve your place, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

Flexible payment plans are available in up to 6 automatic installments. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the retreat’s final payment deadline.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation and next steps.

Accommodations

Our retreats are intentionally small and thoughtfully curated. Room options are limited and assigned based on preference and availability.

Both private and shared accommodations may be available depending on location.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, payments (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to a future Silverton & Co. retreat or to another attendee, provided arrangements are made before the final payment deadline.

Travel & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for securing valid travel documentation and are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
