Nestled in the quiet beauty of Lake Tahoe, this retreat is a gentle invitation to return to yourself. Over four slow, intentional days, you’ll experience a blend of rest, restoration, and meaningful connection — all held in a safe, supportive environment.
Enjoy nourishing meals, daily opportunities to ground through movement and reflection, and the peaceful rhythm of nature surrounding you. Move through soft yoga sessions, a soothing sound bath, guided journaling moments, and comforting tea time designed to help you settle into stillness.
We’ll spend one day exploring the magic of Tahoe with an adventure and team-building experience, creating space for laughter, bonding, and shared memories. Another day is devoted to giving back — contributing to the land and community that holds us.
This retreat is for anyone craving a quiet exhale, deeper connection, and a space to feel safe, supported, and renewed. Come as you are, and let Lake Tahoe bring you home to yourself.
